By accessing and using MeetingPoint.chat ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
MeetingPoint.chat is a peer-to-peer (P2P) communication platform that enables video calls, audio calls, text messaging, and file sharing directly between users' browsers using WebRTC technology. The Service does not require account registration and does not store conversation data on central servers.
3. No Account Required
MeetingPoint operates on a "no-login" philosophy. You do not need to create an account, provide an email address, or share any personal information to use the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable; impersonate any person or entity; transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' systems; use the Service for any commercial purpose without authorization; or interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
5. Peer-to-Peer Architecture
MeetingPoint uses WebRTC for direct peer-to-peer connections. Once a connection is established, your data (video, audio, text, files) flows directly between your device and your peer's device. MeetingPoint does not route, store, or process the content of your communications.
6. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
